The Citizens Networking for Progress of Pennsylvania State Political Action Committee( CN4P) was formed in 1990 to support the profession and increase CN4P visibility within Pennsylvania State & legislative process. CN4P contributions are made on a bipartisan basis an allow the CN4P to participate in the political process by attending political fundraisers and by building strong relationships with key elected state leaders.
Our PAC is essential to the success of our legislative agenda and increasing the visibility of CN4Ps with important and influential state elected officials. It enables us to attend a variety of political events and functions across the state. It also allows us to support elected officials who share our commitment to the advancement of good government.
Rodney Little possesses over 33 years of military experience, with much of his service in leadership and management roles. His expertise comes from national and international responsibilities while serving in various civilian positions and being the highest senior enlisted leader in military organizations. Rodney has a wealth of knowledge in Leadership, Operations, Risk Management, Public Safety, Human Resources, Project & Program Management, Training Management, Supervision & Management and Business Continuity Operations.
Rev. Cousins was educated in the Philadelphia Public School System, graduating from Overbrook High School. Rev. Cousins received his Bachelor of Arts, Psychology from Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, North Carolina Rev. Cousins is a member of the Evening Baptist Ministers Conference of Philadelphia and Vicinity; member of Kappa Alpha PSI Fraternity, Inc; Community Relations Director for National Congress of Faith Based Organizations; Vice Chairman Citizens Networking for Progress (PAC); former Vice President Concerned Black Men, Inc; President/CEO J.W. Cousins, Jr. Ministries.
Florence M. “Penny” McDonald has been a Yeadon resident for over 35 years. She has over 40 years of management experience. She managed the office of a State Representative for over 15 years, served as a Councilwoman in the Borough of Yeadon for four years. In addition to her political affiliations, Penny has served in multiple leadership roles for several non-profits. She served as President of the Pride and Passion of Yeadon and is currently serving as the Executive Director of Community Forgiveness and Restoration a faith-based reentry organization as well as Treasurer for Citizens Networking 4 Progress.
